About Us
Our family has provided Hawai‘i consumers with farm fresh eggs for three generations. The Ka Lei brand has been a trusted island name since 1975. (Learn how Ka Lei Eggs got its name link to Ka Lei Holt commercial.) All of our eggs are produced on Oahu – free of hormones, antibiotics and additives. We transport our eggs in refrigerated trucks from the farm to be washed, sized and graded at our headquarters in Kalihi. Our eggs are then distributed – again in refrigerated trucks – to various markets, restaurants and institutions throughout Hawai‘i.
We also sell our farm fresh eggs directly to the public from our Ka Lei Retail Outlet in Kalihi and our Ka Lei Marketplace in Kaimuki. We offer white and brown eggs for sale in sizes varying from Jumbo to Peewee at both locations (sizes based on availability). The Kalihi store features a variety of local snacks, including cookies, taro chips, chicharon, shave ice, and other ethnic goodies, while the Marketplace in Kaimuki is best known for its local fresh produce, gourmet and unique specialty items.
